Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego jest zakup aparatu do znieczulenia, zgodnie z rodzajem asortymentu i ilościami określonymi w „Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i zgodnie z Formularzem Oferty, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i spełniającego parametry graniczne sprecyzowane w załączniku „Parametry techniczne” (załącznik 1a1 do Formularza Oferty). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ („Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy”) i w załączniku do Formularza Oferty („Parametry techniczne”).
