Die Leistungen umfassen: Bereitstellung und Abwicklung der erforderlichen CONTENS-Lizenzen, fachliche und technische Beratung, Konzeption und Projektsteuerung, Informations- und Content-Architektur, UX- und Designkonzeption, technische Implementierung und Konfiguration, Entwicklung projektspezifischer Funktionen und Schnittstellen, Migration der bestehenden Inhalte, Qualitätssicherung und Tests, Hosting und technischer Betrieb, Wartung und Pflege, Support, Schulung und Dokumentation, Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme, langfristige Weiterentwicklung der Plattform, Datenhoheit und Unterstützung bei Vertragsende.
