Predmetom zákazky je Vybudovanie bezpečnostného systému Zboru väzenskej a justičnej stráže v súlade so štúdiou uskutočniteľnosti

s cieľom podporiť koncepčné zámery v oblasti výkonu väzby a výkonu trestu odňatia slobody, ľudských zdrojov, vzdelávania, legislatívy a informačno-komunikačných technológií v súlade s Koncepciou väzenstva Slovenskej republiky na roky 2011 až 2020 a tiež vytvoriť podmienky v oblasti monitorovania miest, kde môžu byť zadržiavané osoby, ktorým bola obmedzená osobná sloboda a predpoklady integrácie čo najširšieho počtu odsúdených do všeobecnej väzenskej populácie v súlade s odporúčaniami Európskeho výboru na zabránenie mučenia a neľudského či ponižujúceho zaobchádzania alebo trestania.
