Germany-Berlin: Motor vehicles for the transport of goods
The contracting authority (AG) operates a satellite-based tolling system for heavy goods vehicles. The precise collection of the toll, the correct settlement with the transport companies and the immediate transfer of revenue to the federal budget constitute the core business of the AG. In order to ensure the long-term stability of the tolling system, ensuring the collection of tolls and the smooth running of all processes essential to the core business, AG relies on reliable contractual partners, which are available on a reliable and short-term basis if needed.
In order to carry out regression tests to generate ‘real’ control cases, the AG needs a TAM test truck, including trailers, in order to collect and simulate the data on motorways and federal long-distance roads. Both new (ex-works) and warehouse vehicles can be offered according to certain criteria. As far as possible, the vehicle is to be made available on 1.9.2019.
