Description

This notice concerns a defence or security contract relating to ‘Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of sailing ships and wooden boats of the national navy’.
— It is a mono-winning framework agreement which includes:
— a firm share;
— part of order forms in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code;
— part of orders for supplies or services intended to meet any technical uncertainties pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code
Procedure chosen:
It was submitted in accordance with a procedure with negotiation in accordance with Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.

Technical stops will be carried out in the Brittany region; they usually take place in Brest. For stevedges and the Follet Feu navigating exclusively in the great rade, they may be transported to the place where the TAs are carried out. For Great Hermine, the navigation radius extends from the Gulf of Morbihan to Saint-Brieuc.
