Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of original manufacturers recommended toners, cartridges, colouring tapes, cartridges, cartridges and other consumables to printers, fax machines, photocopiers and other special printing equipment in intact packaging for budgetary and contributory organisations under the Ministry’s responsibility. They cannot be replaced by recycled (i.e. remanufactured) according to the detailed description and specification set out in the Annex.This requirement for original products does not apply to the subject of the contract for which the production of original toners, cartridges, colouring tapes, cartridges, cartridges and other consumables has ceased. For the object covered by this exception, the words ‘the use of refurbished cartridges is permitted to cease production’.
The supply shall include transport of the subject of the procurement to the place of delivery, including unloading in warehouse at the place of delivery, with simultaneous acceptance, loading and removal, free of charge, of unsorted used packaging of the subject matter of the procurement and subsequent ecological disposal.
Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the Annex. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into nine lots, each of which will be the subject of a separate evaluation and a separate framework agreement.
