Framework agreement for the purchase of vehicle and driver services.
The framework agreement is for the procurement of transport for visits from foreign heads of state, government members and other assignments, including major conferences, meetings etc. in addition to general use in the ministry. Visits — be it work visits, official visits or government visits — are an important platform for creating impact on Norwegian interests. Through good planning processes, well-rounded priorities, a clear profile and overall expression as well as steady execution, the visit can be ensured the relevance and impact of the visits. The term VIP is used as a definition of heads of state, heads of government, foreign ministers, professional ministers and other leaders at a high level for the visit in question, whether it is the foreign minister, development minister or prime minister who hosts the visit. King is the official host of the visit during a state visit to Norway. VIP travels with an official delegation of 2 to 14 people depending on the rank and level of the visit. A typical visitor assignment will include 1 VIP car or protocol vehicle (limo/sedan) as well as 1-3 minivan or minibuses. The assignments are based in Oslo and nearby areas, but there can be requests for assignments in other parts of the Norway. The collect and delivery address will be in each individual call-off. A framework agreement will be signed for two years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 8 million excluding VAT to NOK 10 million excluding VAT per annum. The total maximum amount for the framework agreement will be NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 45 million excluding VAT.
