Description

This tender was created in order to publish the contract award notice. The assignment concerns the performance of services within the framework of the travel expenses scheme for Rotterdam Inclusive (employees covered by the collective labour agreement Social Work Provision and the collective labour agreement Aan de Slag). The new travel expenses scheme provides for the provision of a RET Regio annual season ticket that is fully funded by the employer. This fits better with the employees in the bottom of the wage building who mainly live and work in Rotterdam and it is appropriate to the sustainability ambitions of the municipality of Rotterdam. This contract was awarded 1 in 1 to RET N.V. due to the absence of competition for technical reasons (Article 2.32(1)(b)(2) of the Aw). RET N.V. is the only party authorised to operate public transport in Rotterdam. No other supplier is permitted under Section 19 of the WP2000.
