PL-Poznań: furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products
The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of furniture to the organisational units of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The subject matter of the contract was divided into 5 lots:
— Part 1 – Supply and installation of furniture for UAM organisational units,
— Part 2 – Supply and installation of furniture for UAM organisational units,
— Part 3 – Supply and installation of furniture for UAM organisational units,
— Part 4 – Delivery with the installation of chairs and chairs for UAM organisational units,
— Part 5 – Supply with the installation of laboratory seats for the Chemistry Department.
The contractor will provide a minimum of 36 monthly guarantees for the proposed subject-matter of the contract, a waiting time to proceed to remedy the damage of up to 72 hours and the replacement of the furniture/equipment with new furniture/equipment after three warranty repairs to the furniture/equipment concerned.
The contractor may propose a range equivalent to that specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, which must meet the minimum of the same class as expected by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the equivalent product must meet the technical and operational requirements described by the Contracting Authority in the ToR. If a range equivalent to that described by the Contracting Authority is proposed, or if the Contracting Authority has not indicated a type of furniture model, the Contractor shall attach to the tender: catalogues or photographs of the furniture proposed, clearly indicating the furniture to which the technical description of the furniture relates (functional, ergonomic characteristics, materials used, technical characteristics of these materials, method of finishing of the surface).
The contractor will attach to the tender the clearance of chairs and chairs in accordance with the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in Annexes A, B, C, D and E to the ToR.
In order to confirm that the Contractor will supply the subject of the contract as described in the description, a sample of material – a three-layer particle board in a natural veneer of 20 x 30 cm; colouring compatible with the existing joinery library; with digitised edges – applicable 10 of Annex B to the ToR.
Before proceeding with the contract, the supplier will measure by nature, agree with the user the veneer/tape/stelle, based on the offer/catalogue of the specific supplier’s colours in the different premises.
Attachments in the form of drawings/photos are, in addition to the descriptive part, an integral part of the specification.
The furniture listed in these specifications is a model according to which the contracting authority expects delivery. If the contractor proposes furniture equivalent to that assumed, it shall be: in a style such as that which is the subject of the contract, the form and shape of the furniture must be in accordance with the photographs attached, made using the technology specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, in accordance with the colours specified by the contracting authority and not worse in their class than those adopted by the contracting authority.
The contractor will deliver and install the subject of the contract at its own expense and risk to the organisational units of the MAM in accordance with Annexes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to the ToR.
