Předmětem soutěže je návrh Transformačního centra, které vznikne revitalizaci a rekonstrukci objektu
střední školy na adrese Stará 2702/100 v Ústí nad Labem. Rekonstruovaný objekt se má stát vzorovým
příkladem revitalizace objektu z druhé poloviny 20. století, a to pří zohlednění optimálních investičních
a provozních nákladů. Transformační centrum bude poskytovat nezbytné podpůrné služby pro řízenou
transformaci regionu.
