Description

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to implement and monitor the compensatory measures of the MAGEO project. More specifically, the consultation concerns the project management (starting with the PRO phase) of all the compensatory measures located outside the land rights-of-way of the project. However, the incumbent will also monitor all compensatory measures, both on and off land rights-of-way, to ensure overall consistency and that all compensatory needs are met. The mission entrusted to the contractor covers the entire MAGEO project. Off-grant compensatory sites are generally separated from the project but remain nearby (up to about 3 km from the Oise and MAGEO). Depending on the evolution of the compensatory programme, needs and opportunities, however, some additional sites may be further away from the project. "Compensation site" means an entity of one contiguous, variable size, or several parcels of variable size located in close proximity to each other.
