"Kit- Echipament electric si electronic pentru circuitele de comanda, forța si servicii auxiliare necesar modernizării locomotivei electrice Bo-Bo 3400kW si lucrări de adaptare a acestuia pe locomotiva” Produsele pentru care se dorește achiziția reprezintă parte a obligației din Caietul de sarcini al clientului final pentru care se efectuează modernizarea locomotivei LE BoBo 3400 kW prin montare instalație pentru comanda locomotivei și blocuri redresoare tracțiune cu reglaj pe joasă tensiune cu ocazia reparației planificate tip RG.Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.
