1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of medical devices: a large internal diameter balloon guide catheter, a set for angioplasty and mechanical thrombectomy of peripheral vessels, a stent for renal and visceral angioplasty, a device for closing large diameter punctures, a balloon catheter for aortic valve valvuloplasty, a set for angioplasty of difficult peripheral lesions, a set for treating stroke from radial access and Swan Ganz's catheters for the needs of the Hospital Hemodynamics Department of WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól. 2. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into 8 lots, called packages, with the possibility of submitting partial tenders for individual packages.
