Description

Media technology is a central topic not only at Helmholtz Munich. A functioning conference technology in a wide variety of variations is essential for the work of all employees. In addition, an external media technology consultant is sought who professionally prepares and supervises important meetings from a technical point of view. Equipped rooms must also be looked after in terms of media technology or new rooms must be equipped in terms of media technology. Since Corona, all events must be able to take place as hybrid events if necessary. As a result, rooms on the Neuherberg campus and at the various outdoor locations have to be converted to hybrid technology. On the other hand, there are a lot of construction activities. These, too, often require intensive support from a media technician. In order to be able to do the work now pending and then ensure a smooth cooperation with the permanent media technician, a contract is to be concluded with an external media technician.
