1. The subject-matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the Skorzęcino Recreation Centre (unoccupied area) located in Skorzęcino. 4 041.73 ha with securing the necessary quantity of municipal waste containers.
The Centre has around 8000 permanent bed places.
At weekends, in June, a significant number of tourists arrive at the Centre with one-day/summer hot weekends, sometimes around the Centre. 20 thousand tourists/
The Centre has 50 permanent catering and commercial outlets and around. 20 seasonal trading outlets.
Approximately one year is exported from the Skorzęcino holiday centre. 700 Mg mixed waste. Between January and June 2016, around 270 Mg mixed waste.
2. On the above-mentioned field, particularly in the case of mobile footpaths in the central part of the centre, at the beach and the places most frequented by tourists/after agreement with the competent authority – Manager – Centre/should distribute containers of less capacity, e.g. 240 years at least 200 units
The subject-matter of the contract shall also include emptying the containers which the Contractor will place in the various parts of the Centre, at least at the 20 points indicated by the Centre Manager, in the number of containers necessary for the storage of waste at the appropriate daily frequency of discharge.
Recommended containers with capacity 1 100 years of approximately 2-5 units at each point.
A certain number of containers is required in the month of June.
During the remaining period, in a reduced quantity, but necessary, to store the waste in each part of the centre.
The Contractor is also tasked with emptying up to 70 containers. 110 years on beaches belonging to OKSiR and ca. 100 street shirts owned by the Contracting Authority.
3. The emptying of containers should be carried out on an ongoing basis, so as to ensure that there is no backlog of rubbish and no epidemiological risk, while in June and, if necessary, several times, with a special focus on Saturdays and Sundays.
4. It is prohibited to sort waste at the Skorzęcino Recreation Centre.
5. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the containers distributed in the holiday centre and maintaining the sanitary condition of the containers.
The Contractor shall not be liable for damaged containers owned by the Contractor.
