Description

The contracting authority (‘the contracting authority’): AG) announces the extended shell work for the new building of the Petrus-Canisius-Grundschule in Weeze throughout Europe. A detailed description of the project and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the terms of reference with the corresponding annexes (convolute of annexes 3). Tenderers are strongly advised to obtain an accurate picture of the local conditions and the work to be carried out in the context of a site visit before submitting their tender in order to avoid miscalculations in pricing. If the successful tenderer later invokes circumstances which would have been apparent during a site visit, he is precluded by these arguments. The registration for a corresponding site visit takes place via the news function of the procurement portal.
