Description

1. The subject of the tender is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). 2. The contracts awarded under the DNS will cover the delivery of user on-premises and cloud licenses for office productivity, communication and collaboration, security and compliance add-ons, licenses for process automation, application creation, analytics, AI assistant, as well as server and database licenses, including the necessary access rights and maintenance (‘subject of the contract’). The subject of the contract will be provided in the form of a subscription. 3. A basic description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in Part B. A description of the subject-matter of the contract of the procurement documents. 4. The detailed identification of the obligations and performances included in the individual contracts awarded under the DNS will be specified in the individual calls for tenders under the DNS.
