D-Stuttgart: engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings
It is an office and laboratory building designed according to the priorities of energy-efficient and sustainable construction. It is divided into three main areas:
Office area – laboratory/workshop – experimental hall, with the usable area divided into approx. 4000 square metres of office area, approx. 4 000 m² of technical, laboratory and workshop areas, approx. 2000 qm of experimentation hall. The actual area needs will be specified in the course of performance phase 1 and the user needs programme will be specified. The construction project is subject to approval of all the grants requested. If and if the relevant grant decisions are available, the contracting authority will have funds of approximately EUR 21000000 net, cost group 200-700 in accordance with DIN 276-1:2008-12, as a ceiling.
The grant decisions are expected by the end of 2012. In the event that funding is not possible contrary to expectations, the participants will not be entitled to continue the procurement procedure.
