Description

Open tendering procedure pursuant to Article 42-1oa) of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement and Articles 25, 67, 66 and 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The services shall be carried out for the 2 lots from 1.10.2019 or from the day following the notification of the public contract at 00: 00, whichever is the later, for a period of 24 months. The public contract may be renewed expressly once for a period of 24 months, but its total duration may not exceed 48 months. The public contract resulting from this consultation may be the subject of a negotiated procedure for the performance of similar services (Article 30-I-7 of the Decree). The duration of this public contract will be 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
