Procedura aperta telematica, ai sensi dell’articolo 60 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m. ed i. e alle condizioni di ripresa economica di cui al D.L. 76/2020 convertito in L. 120/2020 e D.L. 77/2021 convertito in L. 108/2021, per l’appalto congiunto del servizio di trasporto scolastico per i Comuni di San Giovanni Lupatoto e San Martino Buon Albergo per la durata di n. 3 anni scolastici (2022/2023 – 2023/2024 – 2024/2025), più eventuali tre anni scoalstici di rinnovo e ulteriore facoltativo anno scolastico di proroga tecnica, in esecuzione alla determinazione di indizione CUC n. 20 del 20.05.2022.
