Description

The contract concerns:
(1) the ongoing supply of new parts, sub-assemblies, consumables and reconstituted spare parts for buses (Annex 1 to the ToR (Tables A to J));
(2) purchase from the Contracting Authority used spare parts and repairable components for sale in a range (Annex 2 to the ToR (Table K));
(3) collection from the Contracting Authority by its own means of transport and at its own expense and the risk of the product to be scrapped in quantities corresponding to the quantity delivered to the new product range and hand it over to the producer/importer for recycling under the conditions laid down by law for the collection, storage, transport and disposal of waste;
(4) the organisation, on the premises of the Contracting Authority, of a warehouse on the subject of the contract offered and covered by the contract, in a rented room from the Contracting Authority.
