This public contract is intended to: ‘Consulting service under Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Development Act for the exercise of construction supervision during construction works’ is divided into five lots. Separation shall be made as appropriate and according to the method of financing. Lot 1: ‘Plumbing in the PI with identifiers 00895.501.9506 and 00895.501.9507 under the KK and KR of the village of Aydemir, Videlina Str.’ category of the construction project – third, in accordance with Article 137(1)(3)(c), (g) of the Spatial Development Act, Article 6(3)(4) and Article 7(1) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works; volume of the site 300m; Lot 2: ‘Development of the central zone of the village of Idemir’, category 3 of the construction, in accordance with Article 137(1)(3)(c), (g) of the Spatial Development Act, Article 6(3)(4) and Article 7(1) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction; volume of the site 5317 m2; Lot 3: ‘Major renovation, implementation of energy efficiency measures and provision of an accessible environment in the ‘Rodoliubie - 2006’ community centre, village of Aydemir’ category of construction – fifth, in accordance with Article 137(1)(5)(a) of the Spatial Development Act, Article 10(1)(4) and Article 11 of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction; Total built-up area of the site 769 sq.m.; Lot 4: ‘Major renovation, implementation of energy efficiency measures and provision of an accessible environment in the Zarya-1957 community centre’, Bradvari village, category 5 of the construction, in accordance with Article 137(1)(5)(a) of the Spatial Development Act, Article 10(1)(4) and Article 11 of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction; Total built-up area of the site635 sq.m.; Lot 5: ‘Main renovation, implementation of energy efficiency measures and provision of an accessible environment in the ‘Probuda 1940’ community centre, village of Kalipetrovo’ category of construction – fourth, in accordance with Article 137(1)(4)(b) of the Spatial Development Act, Article 8(2)(3) and Article 9 of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction; Total built-up area of the site 1360sq.m;
