Qualification: Application for collaboration tool for Helse Sør-Øst RHF
A free-standing coordination app shall be procured for Helse Sør-Øst RHF with patients targeting the app. The collaboration tool shall be a simple app, where specific patient groups get the necessary knowledge and become better acquainted with their own values and preferences before an important decision on treatment. The app, including the professional content, shall be owned and managed by Helse Sør-Øst. There shall be no integration with, and no transfer of data to, other systems and platforms in the region. The effort from the customer and the tenderer ́s work will be part of a collaboration and will be carried out in an iterative process. The service provider's work will include all technical development and include mvp, a completed system, some presentation in connection with user testing and piloting, and availability in Appstore and Google Play within a budget of NOK 1,850,000 including VAT. Tenders that are higher than this will not be considered. After the project period the tenderer will be responsible for technical management within an annual budget estimated to NOK 100,000 including VAT.
