(1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of nutrition services for authorised civilian staff. (7) The Contractor will be obliged to postpone food trials from foods produced at his own expense and store them in accordance with the provisions in force (Regulation of the Minister for Health of 17 April 2007 on sampling and storage of food by closed-type mass caterers). (8) If food poisoning occurs, the Contractor shall immediately notify the State District Sanitary Inspector in Kraków. Food samples may be taken only by an employee of the district Sanitary and Epidemiological Station competent in the area concerned. (9) The State District Sanitary Inspector in Kraków, ul. Makuszyński 9, 31-752 Kraków. (10) Any activity that the Contractor will be required to perform the nutrition service shall include a draft contract – Annex 4 to this ToR.
