D-Hanover: IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support
The Lower Saxony Association of Statutory Health Insurance Doctors (KVN) currently operates a Novell GroupWise 8.02 infrastructure as an mail system. This infrastructure is used by approximately 700 users and contains approximately 300 GByte of active data volume distributed over 11 post offices. Due to the objective of homogenising and consolidating the IT landscape of the KVN and the deep technical and workflow integration of mail systems into accompanying systems, a migration to Microsoft Exchange 2010 with the end-user product Microsoft Outlook 2010 is planned.
