Description

Föritztal is a municipality in the Sonneberg district, in Thuringia, Germany. It comprises nineteen districts. Föritztal was created in the course of the last territorial reform by a merger of three former municipalities (Föritz, Judenbach and Neuhaus-Schierschnitz). At the end of 2022, the municipality of Föritztal had about 8,500 inhabitants and covers an area of 98.5 km2, with a population density of about 85 inhabitants/km2. A large part of the municipality is covered with grassland and forest. With the planned amendment/partial update of the state development programme of the Free State of Thuringia, it is planned that the municipality of Föritztal will become a basic centre.
The subject of the call for tenders is the drawing up of a land use plan for the entire municipal area of the municipality of Föritztal. The service profile is determined in accordance with § 18 HOAI 2021 in the version valid at the time of the award of the contract. It includes the basic benefits according to Annex 2 to the HOAI 2021 and various special benefits according to Annex 9 No 5 to the HOAI 2021.
It is assumed that the processing period will be approximately three years. Completion of the total output is expected in the 4th quarter of 2026.
