Description

Remodeling and extension of Föllinge Badhus. The procurement concerns a construction contract for the refurbishment and extension of the Badhuset at Cederbergskolan in Föllinge. The assignment includes new exterior walls including new windows, casting of new pool deck, new electricity and plumbing throughout the facility, addition of a new technical room for ventilation units. New stainless steel pool and new water treatment are included in the procurement as blasted-in turnkey contracts. Changing rooms and shower areas are not included except shower for swimming instructors and new RWC. Ordinary school activities will be conducted within the property during the project, which means a requirement for coordination with activities. The procurement is expected to be announced in October 2025 and the tender period will be approximately 4 weeks. Construction is scheduled to start in December 2025. Requirements for site visits: A requirement in the procurement is that during the tender period, the tenderer conducts a pre-announced site visit to the building area.
