Description

This is an invitation from the National Property Board of Sweden and the Public Art Agency Sweden to participate in the pre-qualification stage of a competition for the Swedish Memorial to the Victims of the Tsunami in Southeast Asia in 2004. The competition is open for individual artist, a group of artists or 1 or more artist in collaboration with a landscape architect. The remit is to propose an artistic design of the Memorial in accordance with the goals described in the pre-qualification document. The intention is to commission the author of the winning proposal for the implementation of the Memorial.
