Description

The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a tender for the development, production, supply, installation and maintenance of initially eight (8) engine test modes (MPSs) at initially five (5) different Defence locations. For the purpose of this contract, the engine test modes shall be capable of testing the power sources of the following combat vehicles: CV9035NL, Bushmaster, Boxer, PzH2000, Leopard2 and future other weapon systems. This assignment also includes making the exhaust gas extraction system of the engine test modes to be delivered compatible with the current installation. The latest delivery date of the last of the eight (8) MPSs to be taken initially is the last working day Q4 2026 (or 30 December 2026). In addition, the option is included for the additional delivery of a maximum of five (5) engine test modes. The initial duration of the Agreement is ten (10) years, starting from the delivery and installation of the first engine test mode. In addition, the Contracting Authority may extend the contract three (3) times for five (5) years. The procedure used is the open procedure under the 2012 Public Procurement Act (AW).
