Description

1. General characteristics:
— for the Korps Landelijke Politiedienst (National Police Service) (KLPD), the National Buildings Office rented office buildings to the Looden in Driebergen. Buildings Looside 1 and 2 should be provided with a new built-in package;
— the buildings were constructed in 1987. The usable area of Looden 1 is 1 900 m², of Looden 22 650 m²;
— the floor coverings, interior walls and ceilings must be replaced and the necessary technical installations replaced and improved. The wishes and requirements of the KLPD concern a more open layout of the premises, with a few remaining office rooms, but the vast majority of workplaces will be located in larger open spaces and an adaptation of the data network;
— the Klpd indicated that it would give priority to the completion of the first building, Looside 1, for the project to be carried out in two stages. The conversion of Looden 1 will start after the delivery of Looden 2;
— the conversion of both premises is taken as an integral project, and the adjustments are developed in a Stabu tender specification.
2. Contract characteristics:
The subject of the contract is the demolition of the existing building package and the realisation of a new built-in package, including the adaptation of the installations, on both premises. In general terms, it concerns:
— the replacement of ceilings and internal walls;
— the replacement of the floor coverings;
— improving fire separations;
— the replacement of the luminaires;
— replacing cabling;
— adjustments to installations.
The project will be tendered as 1 lot. The buildings are not in use during the period of conversion. The contract will be awarded on the basis of STABU specifications and drawings and, where appropriate, a note of information and a report of designation. These documents will be sent exclusively to the economic operators eligible for an invitation to tender.
