Description

Beschreibung Olching;
Der Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb des Landkreises Fürstenfeldbruck beabsichtigt auf einem Areal des Amperverbands mit rund 6 000 m2 den Neubau eines zweiten großen Wertstoffhofes in der Stadt Olching. Neben dem Wertstoffhof werden auf einer Fläche von ca. 1 500-2 000 m2 Ausgleichsmaßnahmen realisiert.
Die Aufgabenstellung an das Planungsteam beinhaltet neben dem Betriebsgebäude mit WSH-Leiterbüro, Aufenthalts- und Sozialraum für 6 bis 10 Personen, die Verkehrs- und Aufstellflächen für Fahrzeuge und Container, die Medienversorgung des Gebäudes, die Entwässerung der befestigten Areale und die Einbindung der Gesamtanlage in die Landschaft.
Die vorgesehene Projektlaufzeit beträgt voraussichtlich 24 Monate ab Beauftragung der Planungsbeteiligten (10/2020-10/2022).
Ein Kostenrahmen vom insgesamt 2 500 000 EUR brutto (KG 200-700) ist für die Maßnahme angesetzt.
Gegenstand des Auftrages sind Planungsleistungen der Freianlagen und Verkehrsanlagen für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 gem. §§ 38ff. und §§ 45ff. nach HOAI 2013.
Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf eine Weiterbeauftragung.
