Associé à la maîtrise d'ouvrage, le CSSI apporte un regard de spécialiste et sa présence est obligatoire, réglementaire et normative durant les phases de conception, de réalisation et de réception.
Il assiste en particulier le maître d'ouvrage dans son choix d'une prestation en adéquation avec la situation du site, définie au plus juste des besoins d'exploitations de ce site, valide le matriçage pour chacune de opérations projetées de travaux.
les prestations concerneront les affaires courantes sur les aéroports Paris-CDG, Paris-Le Bourget et les aérodromes d'Aviation Générale.
L'accord cadre sera exécuté sous la forme de bons de commande avec ou sans remise en concurrence permanente entre les différents attributaires. Ces conditions seront définies dans le marché.
