Description

Om de bedrijfsstrategie te realiseren, is BAC afhankelijk van zowel interne als externe medewerkers. De sourcing van de interne medewerkers is volledig in het beheer van het BAC TACQ-team (Talent Acquisition team). De sourcing van de externe medewerkers wordt gedeeltelijk beheerd door middel van een MSP (managed service provider). In 2018 introduceerde BAC het proces van het beheren van de externe medewerkers via MSP ondersteund door een Vendor Management System (VMS) als een aanvullende tool. Momenteel heeft BAC een contract met Connecting Expertise als een standalone VMS. BAC wenst een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met Ć©Ć©n MSP-partij voor een duurtijd van drie jaar, twee keer verlengbaar met telkens 1 jaar. Verplichte opties: 1. management voor de ā€œname-based consultantsā€ met een beperkte MSP-scope 2. optie 1 met uitbreiding van alle sourcing activiteiten
