Description

From time to time the Delegation of the European Union to Russia (Delegation) requires temporary staff to replace regular staff who are absent from the Delegation for reasons such as family, maternity or special leave. Temporary staff may also be required for relatively short periods as demanded by current workloads.
The working place is located in the Delegation at the address: Kadashevskaya Naberezhnaya 14/1, Moscow.
The present complement of 130 staff is involved in a range of administrative and technical office-related activities. The working environment is that of a typical diplomatic mission. It is a multicultural working environment and English is the working language.
The contract will take the form of a framework contract, with an initial duration of 1 year from the date of signature by both parties. The contract may be renewed up to 3 times, each time for a period of 1 year, up to a maximum term of 4 years. The provision of service shall be executed by means of a purchase order or order form stipulating the specific requirements of the Delegation.
