Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery, installation and commissioning of high-field magnetic resonance imaging with low helium content in the container module and execution of necessary accompanying works 2. The price offered should also take into account the need to dismantle and dispose of the magnetic resonance currently held by the Ordering Party, along with the necessary construction works, the effect of which will be to restore the rooms in which the resonance is used. 3. During the execution of the works, the Contractor is obliged to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs to the extent specified in this contract in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs. 4. A detailed description of the subject is given in Annex 2.1; 2.2; 11 and 12 to SWZ
