1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the Gietrzwałd Commune in 2025. 2. Description of the subject of the service: 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate, real estate from the area of individual recreation and the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in the Gietrzwałd Commune. The collection and transport of waste should take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 399), the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended), the guidelines of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gietrzwałd Commune and other provisions of Polish law. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex to the SWZ.
