Le présent marché a pour objet l’entretien et maintenance des ascenseurs et ouvrants automatisés. Le contrat est mixte et se décline de la manière suivante pour chacun des lots : • Une partie comprenant les prestations d’entretien et de maintenance courantes des ascenseurs ( lots 01 à 07) et des ouvrants automatisés (lots 08 et 09) conclues à un prix de base annuel global et forfaitaire • Une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande comprenant les prestations non comprises dans le prix de base.
