Description

The subject-matter of the contract is Forest Management Services for the construction, restoration and maintenance of breakways in the Piwniczna Forest District.
The contract covers works consisting of the execution of: construction, restoration and maintenance of escape routes as part of logging and scraping work and other forest management works, the performance of which, in the form of services, is essential for the performance of economic tasks and the proper functioning of forest management in the Forest District.
The contract is divided into 3 lots, including:
— part 1 – Forest management services for the construction, restoration and maintenance of breakways in the Piwniczna Forest District, including Roztoka Mała, Roztoka Wielka, Rzyczanów,
— part 2 – Forest management services for the construction, restoration and maintenance of breakways in the Piwniczna Forest District, including forestry Zubrzyk, Wierchomle, runek, Łomnica,
— part 3 – Forest management services for the construction, restoration and maintenance of breakways in the Piwniczna Forest District, including Żegiestów, Majdan, Szczawnik and Majerz forestry.
The material scope and detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, broken down by lot, include Annexes 1/1-3/to the ToR, i.e. simplified design, bill of quantities, technical specifications, whereby:
The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the subject-matter of the contract in the event that performance of the full scope of the contract proves to be detrimental to the contracting authority or is not in the public interest for various reasons.
The contracting authority reserves the right to transfer resources and change the material scope between the different types of services (specified in the tender estimate) for the lot in question, provided that the unit costs are respected and the value of the lot in question is not exceeded.
