Description

The subject of the contract is to equip the Advanced High-resolution Microscopy Technician Post, created as part of the High-resolution Imaging in Translational Research Laboratory, with software enabling the analysis of data obtained using the apparatus purchased in the project, at least during the lifetime of the ‘Biological and biomedical imaging infrastructure – Bio-Imaging Poland’ project - KPOD.01.18-IW.03-0017/23. The contract was divided into the following lots: 1. Supply of software for interactive analysis of data obtained by bioimaging methods (Part 1 of the contract) 2. Supply of software for analysis and reconstruction of data obtained by bioimaging methods with image deconvolution algorithm (part no. 2 of the order) 3. Supply of software for processing data obtained by bioimaging methods with algorithms for training own models based on artificial intelligence methods (Part 3 of the contract) 4. Supply of software for bioimaging and analysis of laboratory animal behaviour on the basis of image acquisition (lot 4 of the order)
