Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de sélectionner les prestataires qui pourront soumissionner aux marchés subséquents de maîtrise d'œuvre passés par Gironde Habitat.
Cet accord-cadre définit les termes régissant les marchés passés sur son fondement (marchés subséquents).
Le périmètre du présent accord-cadre et des marchés subséquents porte sur des missions de maîtrise d'œuvre concernant le remplacement de composants, l'entretien et la réhabilitation courante du patrimoine de Gironde Habitat.
Les missions de maîtrise d'œuvre objet du présent accord-cadre, décrites dans le CCTP, comprennent les éléments définis par les articles R. 2431-19 à R. 2431-23 du code de la commande publique relatifs aux opérations de réhabilitation de bâtiment.
Chaque consultation (marché subséquent) fixera le contenu de la mission de maîtrise d'œuvre.
