Description

The purpose of this framework agreement, performed by means of order forms, is to maintain, operate and market the fibre backhaul and transport network described in Annex 1 to the CCP (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Network’). It also takes into account future investments as defined in SDTAN 2.0 adopted by the Haute-Saône Departmental Council in March 2016, such as the FTTH network (Annex 2 to the CCP).
This maintenance means:
— supervise the Network in order to assess its operational status at all times,
— carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations to ensure the operation of the Network,
— to carry out a task of providing business with a view to enhancing the assets constituted by the Network.
