Obiectul Contractului îl reprezintă achiziția de software și servicii de dezvoltare aferente pentru finalizarea, scalarea și punerea în producție a platformei de mobilitate urbană RINO și a aplicațiilor mobile aferente (pentru șofer și pentru client/rider), respectiv transformarea prototipurilor rezultate din activitățile de cercetare-dezvoltare ale Etapei 1 (nivel TRL 7) într-un produs comercial complet, stabil, scalabil, securizat și comercializabil, pus efectiv în producție (nivel TRL 9).
