Description

In view of the activity of the Tax and Taxes Directorate, the need for the local authority to ensure quality services for taxpayers who are natural and legal persons and the legal provisions in force must be communicated to taxpayers as follows:
on the basis of Articles 93 (2) (b), 95, 46 and 47 of Law No 207/2015 on the Code of Fiscal Procedure, annual tax notices for taxpayers who are natural and legal persons shall be communicated,
