Description

The contract consists of the collection, processing and marketing of the OPK offered by households. The contracting authority, the municipality of Deurne, set up the Stichting Oud Papier Deurne (SOPD) in order to fulfil its legal obligation to arrange for the collection of waste paper. 11 associations participate in this foundation. SOPD acts as the contracting authority and contractor for this contract. All contacts, invoices, handling complaints/notifications, etc. will be channelled through the Client SOPD. The agreement will be concluded for a minimum period of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years. The envisaged effective date of the agreement is 1.1.2020.
