Germany-Singen: Engineering services
The Hegau-Bodensee clinic in Singen plans to extend the second Og of the main building (year of construction 1928) around 200 m² NF. In order to generate the expansion areas, the adjacent cardiological functional diagnostic station must be moved to new station rooms in the UG of the neighbouring yellow house.
It is also planned to construct two new stations, an interdisciplinary reception station and an interventional neuroradology on the ground floor of the main building, on approximately 700 m² NF in some emergency rooms and the currently empty spaces of the old radiology. This requires the move of the neighbouring MRI to other rooms on the floor. As part of the reorganisation of this central area, secondary uses around the area must be regrouped and located.
An engineering firm for technical planning TGA Elektro is being sought in accordance with Sections 53 and 55 of the HOAI ALG 4, 5, 7.1, performance phases 1-9.
