Description

Die Stadt Karlsruhe - Amt für Abfallwirtschaft - ist unter anderem als entsorgungspflichtige Körperschaft im Stadtgebiet Karlsruhe für die Entsorgung der Abfälle sowie für die Straßenreinigung und den Winterdienst zuständig. Darüber hinaus bewirtschaftet das Amt für Abfallwirtschaft mehrere Wertstoffstationen und Kompostplätze im Stadtgebiet Karlsruhe und unterhält eine eigene Kantine. Zur Unterstützung des Stammpersonals bei der Erfüllung der Aufgaben des Amts für Abfallwirtschaft werden zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten Arbeitskräfte benötigt. Der zeitliche Einsatz dieser Arbeitskräfte verteilt sich auf alle fünf Werktage sowie zum Teil regelmäßig auch auf Samstage, Sonn- und Feiertage. Dazu werden entsprechende Rahmenverträge zur gewerbsmäßigen Arbeitnehmerüberlassung in sechs Losen auf der Grundlage des Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetzes (AÜG) ausgeschrieben.
