Description

The contract to be awarded shall have as its object the supply of: meat and meat products, frozen products, frozen fish and fish preparations, eggs, milk and dairy products for residents of DGASPC Cluj centers. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SICAP, no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been sent within the time limit set out above, the CA’s replies will be published in SICAP within 11 days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law No 98/2016, and the CA will not comply with requests made by any other means of communication or by any other time limit than that set.
