The need to provide reagents and consumables for the Pathological Anatomy Service for the proper conduct of the medical activity carried out within the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children ‘Sf.Maria’Iasi, taking into account the complex casuistics and addressability of the hospitalised patients, but also the need to ensure the highest standards in terms of carrying out laboratory analyses, requires the purchase of reagents and consumables subject to this procedure (‘Open Tender’ online in one stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with three economic operators)). Complexity of the contract/framework agreement=reduced. Since there is no possibility to accurately estimate the quantities of reagents and consumables, but the allocation of financial resources is to some extent variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with three economic operators.
