Description

Necesitatea asigurarii reactivilor si consumabilelor pentru Serviciul de Anatomie Patologica pentru buna derulare a activitatii medicale desfasurata in cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii “Sf.Maria”Iasi, luandu-se in considerare cazuistica complexa si adresabilitatea pacientilor internati, dar si necesitatea asigurarii celor mai inalte standarde in ceea ce priveste efectuarea analizelor de laborator presupun achizitionarea de reactivi si consumabile care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri („Licitatie deschisa” online intr-o singura etapa (cu incheierea unui acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 36 luni cu trei operatori economici)). Complexitatea contractului/acordului-cadru=redusa. Intrucat nu exista posibilitatea estimarii exacte a cantitatilor de reactivi si consumabile, dar si alocarea resurselor financiare fiind intr-o oarecare masura variabila, se considera oportun incheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni cu trei operatori economici. Acordul-cadru de produse se incheie cu fiecare din cei trei operatori economici declarati castigatori (in conditiile in care exista trei operatori economici). Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 10 zile, conform art. 160 din Legea 98 /2016. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare, in a 6-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 160 din Legea 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
