El concurso tendrá como objeto las prestaciones de servicio y suministro de material, equipos, equipamiento y productos necesarios a la limpieza y mantenimiento completo de las instalaciones (interior y exterior del recinto de la Escuela Europea) y su mobiliario, como por ejemplo: clases, estudios, salas polivalentes, zonas cubiertas, pasillos, rellanos, sanitarios, despachos de Dirección, Administración, Secretarías, salas de visitas, salas de profesores, laboratorios, bibliotecas, garaje, locales de servicios –armarios de limpieza, cuarto de calefacción, sótanos, etc.-, casa del conserje, cocinas, comedores, gimnasios, patios y zonas recreativas, pistas deportivas, etc. También incluye la limpieza interior y exterior de todas las superficies acristaladas y fachadas.
