Description

Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Erweiterung und Umstrukturierung der OP Abteilung der Kliniken Dr. Erler in
Nürnberg. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst darüber hinaus auch Umbauarbeiten im Bestand. Sämtliche Arbeiten
Werden während des laufenden Klinikbetriebes durchgeführt. Die Ausführung des Gesamtbauvorhabens
Gliedert sich in 5 Bauphasen die aufeinanderfolgen. Bauphase 1 umfasst die Erweiterungen als
Neubaumaßnahme. Bauphase 2 unterteilt in die Abschnitte A und B umfasst die Umbaumaßnahmen im Altbau
Betreffenden das Gebäude des Bettenhauses. Die Umbaumaßnahmen erfolgen im 1. Obergeschoss. Die
Bauphasen 3, 4 und 5 umfassen die Umbaumaßnahmen in der bestehenden OP-Abteilung im 1. OG des
Altbaubestandes.
